Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the definition and optimization of TikTok's user experience to improve product ease of use and fluency 2. Develop targeted experience optimization strategies based on differences in culture, crowds, networks, machine models, etc. in different regions 3. It is necessary to continuously optimize the basic experience through data-driven and user insights to ensure the continued leadership of product experience 4. Pay attention to the short video product strategy, and actively explore end-to-end implementation scenarios of new technologies that optimize the shooting and consumer experiences, improve the creation and consumption experience, and promote the growth of core data 5. Based on the understanding of users, explore and discover new usage scenarios to create possibilities for further growth of the product.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of product manager experience 2. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, strong resistance to pressure, and the ability to disassemble and solve complex problems 3. Good data understanding ability, strong logical thinking ability, and strong self-motivation 4. Have global vision and enthusiasm, and continue to pay attention to Internet products at home and abroad 5. Bonus points for having relevant technical/design background, being able to use English as a working language, and having good IELTS or TOEFL and other language scores, as well as overseas study and work experience are preferred.
