Job Overview

負責廠務中央監控資訊系統規劃與維運任務,執行系統維保或外包並持續優化中央監控資訊系統以確保廠務各系統之監控與資料傳輸的穩定性並降低系統異常風險,亦須協助廠務各系統負責同仁與中央監控資訊系統相連或相關之功能或平台導入。本職務亦須與公司IT部門保持密切溝通,並確保廠務中央監控資訊系統之運作符合公司IT資安政策。

Main Responsibilities

• 廠務中央監控資訊系統之定期保養及維修作業:
  
  

1-1. 具軟硬體日常保養維修和年度歲修規劃及執行能力。

1-2. 系統異常發生處理、追蹤及預防再發能力。

1-3. 日常點檢與抄表紀錄。

1-4. 廠區修繕維護支援。

1-5. 緊急應變之處理。

• 改善及系統擴充執行:
  
  

2-1. 配合現場及協調整合各功能需求,有關各公用系統中央監控平台需求之執行。

2-2. 改善既有軟硬體,整合暨有擴建設備之規劃、設計、執行及工程預算成本分析。

2-3. 規劃並執行改善計畫,收集並分析資料,判斷結果並加以修正,整理成果報告。

2-4. 委外項目規劃設計、評估監督與查驗,確保系統軟硬體品質。

2-5. 評估及規劃所需之新系統設備,並確認其功能與功效,以及對運轉的助益。

• 系統分析及Coach 的工作
  
  

3-1. 廠區監控系統資訊架構統一化與標準化建立

3-2. 系統能資源消耗追蹤與節能推行

3-3. 系統運作數據分析與優化規劃

3-4. 專案規劃與管理

3-5. 系統缺失調查與報告撰寫(NCMR/CAPA/異常通報追蹤)

3-6. 廠務/輪班工程師新進/在職訓練

3-7. 新技術應用評估與跨廠區技術支援

• 運作管理
  
  

4-1. 協助廠區主管與廠區各部門相關議題溝通及討論

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1. 具cGMP/HACCP相關產業資訊系統確效工作經驗者優先考量
• 2. 具伺服器維護、SQL資料庫架構相關經驗
• 3. 具IT infrastructure 網路架構設定相關經驗
