FCPA China Associate / Associate

A US firm is actively looking to add a junior to mid-level FCPA/Investigation associate to its Shanghai office. In this role, you will primarily focus on advise on FCPA and compliance investigations, responding to government inquiries, and developing compliance programs including privacy compliance and conducting data security and cybersecurity reviews. Candidates should have a JD/LL.M from a top US law school and having a US qualification would be beneficial. Fluent English and Mandarin is essential.
