FAE & Tendering Leader

This position will be responsible for managing the FAE team in Taiwan, effectively supporting the sales activities of the sales team to achieve sales revenue goals, in addition to provide professional technical responses for Eaton Power Quality & Power Distribution solutions.

Requirements:

• Responsible for pre-sales technical support & expertise in implementation of customer applications associated with Power Quality Solution including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), battery system, cooling solution, and Power Distribution Solution including transformer, switchgear, busway, low voltage panels, Power Train Unit (PTU), DCIM & EPMS system.
• Advanced technology applications in the market include high-voltage DC and liquid cooling systems for data centers.
• Efforts include preparation, participation and/or presentation of seminars to customers and consultants
• Providing solution and prepare bidding documents
• Examines customer requirements in terms of equipment and documentation
• Provides technical review of orders
• Recommends most cost effective configuration to meet technical requirements
• Support sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications
• Effectively interface with customers, sales staff, consultants and contractors to support requirements
• Familiar with current trend and technology developments of competitions

• Import and implement technical and cost reviews of equipment suppliers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years pre-sales and support experience on data centre application and electrical power distribution
• Requires practical experience in design and solutioning
• The application knowledge of power quality and distribution system in data center
• Familiar with Electrical installation methods, practices
• Familiar with Power switchgear and distribution manufacture techniques
• Knowledge of precision cooling and its application
• Technical interpretation, communication skills and CAD skill are important
• Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English and mandarin
• Knowledge of Auto-CAD, VBA and 3-D modelling
