Overview Of The Position
As a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and achieve efficient project or problem resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Accurately convey client requirements, product issue descriptions, and solutions to problems within the factory, ensuring smooth bilateral communication.
- Liaise with relevant departments such as Sales, PM, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure rapid and clear communication and improve case processing efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Experience in cable/connector/mechanical design, etc.
