Facility Technician

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: SGD 3,000 - 3,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and building infrastructure.
• Maintain mechanical & electrical systems, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, CCTV, access control, alarm and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Liaise with building management on facility-related matters.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure all facilities remain in good working condition.
• Assist with office and factory renovation works, space planning, and basic administrative duties such as preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
• Minimum Secondary School / ITE qualification.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is required.
• Hands-on experience in facility maintenance, building services, or mechanical & electrical maintenance.
• Able to coordinate contractors and work independently.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Some weekends may be required for carpet cleaning, repair works, or maintenance activities. Overtime will be paid accordingly.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, CCTV, access control, and general building maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious.
