Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management services across all Taiwan sites, including Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung.This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the overall delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple sites, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.

-Manage on-site teams and third-party vendors, including staffing, performance management, training, and service quality oversight.

-Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs, managing expectations, conducting regular business reviews, and driving continuous improvement.

-Oversee contract performance, budgeting, cost control, savings initiatives, and operational reporting to ensure contractual and financial objectives are achieved.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, SOPs, and local regulations while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

-Lead risk management, emergency response, business continuity planning, and operational improvement initiatives.

- Develop and monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
