Job Responsibilities:
Building Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee the daily operations of the office-industrial building, including common areas and building services.
- Monitor and maintain building systems such as: Building management system, Mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) Fire protection systems, Lifts, Plumbing and sanitary systems, Lighting systems, Security and access control systems
- Liaise with soft services (cleaning & reception) and manned guarding teams based on site.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are maintained in good working condition.
- Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Contractor& Vendor Management
- Manage service providers and contractors to ensure work is carried out according to contractual obligations and service standards.
- Review maintenance reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Ensure contractors comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements.
- Evaluate contractor performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client & tenant enquiries, requests, and feedback related to facility matters.
- Coordinate client fitting-out, reinstatement, and renovation works there applicable.
- Maintain positive client relationships through timely issue resolution.
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of facilities or property management experience, preferably in commercial or industrial developments.
- Experience in managing M&E services and building maintenance operations.
