Main Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IFM operations across assigned camps and facilities, managing FM teams, contractors and specialist vendors.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, asset health, lifecycle planning and obsolescence management.
- Manage emergency incidents, fault recovery, crisis response and root cause investigations while meeting contractual recovery timelines.
- Ensure statutory, government agencies, quality and safety compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction and KPI performance.
Skills/Experience Required
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in IFM or facilities operations.
- Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders, service providers and operational teams.
- Strong experience in incident management, service recovery and operational continuity.
- Experience in asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, obsolescence management, CMMS and technical proposal preparation.
