Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintenance Operations: Direct routine, reactive, and preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Team Leadership: Supervise internal technicians and maintenance staff, assign daily work orders, and evaluate performance.
- Vendor Management: Hire, oversee, and negotiate contracts with external third-party contractors and service providers.
- Budget Oversight: Prepare and monitor capital and operating expenditure budgets, tracking utility usage and repair costs.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and ensure facilities meet regional building codes and workplace safety rules
