Job Description
Provide Helpdesk service, maintain HD tracker and escalation to FM manager depending on urgency
Manage central helpdesk orders from various sources, subsequent assignment and follow with vendors/parties timely
Provide and regular management report updates
Lead in ad-hoc projects adhering to company process
Responsible for client account and JLL invoice invoice processing
Prepare company E-flyer Annoucements (periodic maint
Co-ordinate and assist with local office events
Utilize the systems to effectively manage contractors and reports on their performance
Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of management
Main records for office supplies and services order expenses
