Possess cross-departmental project management experience and
am capable of effectively integrating resources from process engineering, equipment, quality, production, and supply chain.
- Proficient in project management processes, with expertise in project scheduling, risk management, change control, and resource allocation.
- Possess strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively analyze and identify project bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively and report to both domestic and international teams.
- Proficient in widely used office and project management tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and other similar systems.
- Capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
