What this job involves Manage all the outbound shipping activities and services maintain and improve the Shipping Service Center Operation for INTEL including:
Outbound
- Execute the ISM operation in supporting the outbound shipping to ensure the delivery quality to all international shipment to locations.
- Check/ ECCN /HS code & End user verification for Intel Taipei, and HsinChu
- All kinds of Shipment outbound tracking coordination and summary report out
- Resolve the issues occurrence for all outgoing shipment before delivery dock and provide the expertise in all kinds of export licensing application requirement.
- Maintain and process filing for all the above documentation hardcopy and softcopy to meet the Intel information security requirement
- Ensure the shipping service center is operational at all times during the designated opening hours
- Maintain export permit of SHTC
- Apply End User Statement to BoFT
- Execute freight and custom payment
- Analyze export shipment report
- Project support - Being the assistant to support all logistics project in driving the cost & performance initiative exploration and deployment.

Consolidated Custom Payment
Customer Service / Client Relationships:
- Provide superior customer service
- Handle shipping issues
- Submit general ISM issues to TAC to ensure system operation
- Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
- Pro-actively manage INTEL expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
Reporting:
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to INTEL
Training:
Actively participate in all planned training activities

- Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
- Team Leader with line management skills and the ability to delegate
- Technical comprehension and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management Knowledge of occupational safety requirements
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
