1. Responsible for the experience work of Bytedance businesses such as information platforms and e-commerce, and responsible for building complete data mining technology to support user experience optimization 2. Combine massive data information, deeply understand users, use data analysis, machine learning and other means to discover user experience issues that affect business performance, and collaborate with relevant teams to promote optimization implementation 3. Based on the understanding of business forms and mining technology, refine the general capabilities of experience data mining and promote the implementation of mining capabilities in various business fields.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, mathematics, statistics or related majors, more than 5 years of data work experience 2. Proficient in using SQL, Python/R, solid data structure and algorithm skills, familiar with one or more of data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and complex networks 3. Possess excellent business insight, logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving abilities 4. Have excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, and be able to independently promote project implementation 5. Applicants with experience in data analysis in the field of user experience, preferably those with experience in related technologies such as time series modeling, causal inference, and operations optimization.
