Join Macquarie's Semiconductor and Technology team as an Advanced Technology Equipment Trading Operations Specialist and support the sales operations of our clients surplus semiconductor equipment to our global customer base.

What role will you play
You will be instrumental in assisting the sales team and maintaining efficient operational workflows. Your daily responsibilities will include offering continuous support to our clients and sales team including accelerating and simplifying sales transactions, collecting all required sales documentation, addressing operational issues and resolving problems as they occur, and refining processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You Offer
- 2 years experience in client operations management with a proven ability to work with and effectively challenge a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Experience utilising Salesforce or other CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
- Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.
