Executive - Strategic Proposals and Partnership

KIN is looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to support the development of proposals, pitch decks and partnership concepts for new business opportunities within the events and sports industry.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, storytelling, presentations and turning ideas into structured and visually compelling proposals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, operations and project teams to support proposal development and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

. Support development of proposals, pitch decks and presentation materials
. Conduct research on clients, markets and industry trends
. Assist in structuring and formatting proposal content and presentations
. Coordinate inputs across stakeholders to support proposal development
. Support costing consolidation and proposal documentation
. Assist with development of event concepts and partnership ideas
. Maintain proposal records, templates and documentation standards
. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to support research and productivity

Requirements

. Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
. Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
. Interest in proposals, presentations, partnerships or business development
. Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable with Excel
. Strong research and information organisation skills
. Familiarity with Canva or design tools is an advantage
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
