Executive/Senior Executive - Exhibition Client Servicing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service to clients.
- Develop, create and maintain a client communication platform.
- Promote cross-departmental communication.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation and project management skills.
- Close monitoring and reviewing project timeline, taking pro-active action in identifying problems and providing sound and practical solutions to the problem.
- As part of the growing team, work closely and support various business units to develop and implement signature events/ exhibitions and provide professional recommendations to clients.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, monitoring and executing of all events and related activities independently or as a team.
- Managing relationships with specific customers for company, including completing sales.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of their organization's products and services and need to be able to make targeted pitches for current clients.
- Responsible in result deliveries in terms of revenue, yield and excellent services for the company.
- Identify, plan and manage exhibition or event strategies and activities to meet corporate goals.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of their organization's products and services and need to be able to make targeted pitches for current clients.
- To ensure high level of customer satisfaction through effective client servicing and project management.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Frequently work full time in an office setting, may travel to conduct meetings and demonstrations for clients.
Job Requirements
- More than 2 years experience in Client Servicing in Event/Exhibition industry.
- Place high regard for timely responses and have a flair in in problem solving.
- Able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of a second language is often preferred as well.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, customer service experience and presentation skills.
- Proficient with basic computer programs and be able to effectively make presentations to individuals and groups.
