Executive/Senior Executive - Exhibition Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide professional customer service to clients.
  2. Develop, create and maintain a client communication platform.
  3. Promote cross-departmental communication.
  4. Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
  5. A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation and project management skills.
  6. Close monitoring and reviewing project timeline, taking pro-active action in identifying problems and providing sound and practical solutions to the problem.
  7. As part of the growing team, work closely and support various business units to develop and implement signature events/ exhibitions and provide professional recommendations to clients.
  8. Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, monitoring and executing of all events and related activities independently or as a team.
  9. Managing relationships with specific customers for company, including completing sales.
  10. Must have a thorough knowledge of their organization's products and services and need to be able to make targeted pitches for current clients.
  11. Responsible in result deliveries in terms of revenue, yield and excellent services for the company.
  12. Identify, plan and manage exhibition or event strategies and activities to meet corporate goals.
  13. Must have a thorough knowledge of their organization's products and services and need to be able to make targeted pitches for current clients.
  14. To ensure high level of customer satisfaction through effective client servicing and project management.
  15. Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
  16. Frequently work full time in an office setting, may travel to conduct meetings and demonstrations for clients.

Job Requirements

  1. More than 2 years experience in Client Servicing in Event/Exhibition industry.
  2. Place high regard for timely responses and have a flair in in problem solving.
  3. Able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
  4. Fluent in English, knowledge of a second language is often preferred as well.
  5. Exceptional written, verbal communication, customer service experience and presentation skills.
  6. Proficient with basic computer programs and be able to effectively make presentations to individuals and groups.
