What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and market research.
- Identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates for a wide range of opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organisational fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Prepare compelling candidate profiles and provide consultative hiring recommendations.
- Negotiate offers and support successful placements from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and stay informed of industry trends and talent market developments.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, sales, customer engagement, or other relationship-focused roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
