What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and market research.
  • Identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates for a wide range of opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organisational fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Prepare compelling candidate profiles and provide consultative hiring recommendations.
  • Negotiate offers and support successful placements from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and stay informed of industry trends and talent market developments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, sales, customer engagement, or other relationship-focused roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
