Executive Officer

Executive Officer in the Department of Architecture (Ref.: 534855)(to commence on July 1,2026 or as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree or professional qualification with at least 5 years relevant working experience. They should have excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills an appropriate level of IT skills, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also be a good team leader and player, able to multi-task and attentive to details.

The appointee will provide administrative support to academic programmes, handle student matters, organise departmental events, internal/external liaison and perform other duties as assigned.
