Executive Officer at Hong Kong Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (Ref.533949) to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability).

Applicants should have a good university degree preferably in Accounting or related field with at least 3 years of full-time relevant work experience in Finance and Human Resources management in the education sector or public organisation. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines as well as an appropriate level of IT knowledge.

The appointees will be providing full spectrum of administrative support to the Institute's Finance and Human Resources exercises which include but not limited to procurement, finance account management and recruitment of staff. They will also perform any other duties as assigned.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
