Executive Officer in the Graduate School of the Research Services of the Registry (Ref.: 536117) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good university degree with at least 3 years solid administrative work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) good computer literacy, communication and interpersonal skills high level of organisational and problem-solving skills a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and under pressure. They should be good team players with the ability to multitask and be attentive to details. Training and/or previous work experience in system development will be an advantage.
The appointee will be responsible for administering the research postgraduate (RPg) programmes including admissions, coursework, progress monitoring and thesis examinations, take part in new projects/initiatives, coordinate general office administrative duties, and perform any other duties as assigned.
