Executive Officer in Research Services of the Registry (Ref.: 536235) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in tertiary education institutions or other public organisations. They should also be able to work independently, have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organisational and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

The appointee will provide support for research grant administration and assist with the proposal vetting and post-award management. He / She will be responsible for maintaining the database of the research grant / award system, compiling reports, supporting ad-hoc events / projects and performing other duties as assigned. Experience in research administration at tertiary institutions would be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
