Executive Officer II
The appointee will work under the Education and Academic Affairs Team of the Faculty and Planning Office, Faculty of Medicine at CUHK Shatin campus. He/ She will be responsible for (a) providing executive and secretarial support for academic programme reviews, quality assurance exercises, and related Faculty initiatives (b) co-ordinating Faculty committees, review panels, meetings, including the preparation of agenda papers, minutes, reports, correspondence and follow-up actions (c) supporting academic planning, programme development, accreditation, validation and periodic review exercises for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (d) liaising with academic departments, schools, administrative offices, external reviewers, professional bodies, and other stakeholders on academic and administrative matters (e) maintaining records, preparing statistical reports, analyses, submissions and management information for the Faculty and University and (f) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor's degree (ii) fulfilled the language requirements set out on the website: (iii) at least 3 years post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (v) excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills with attentiveness to detail and (vi) the ability to work independently and as a team. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
