The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. Among all the postgraduate programmes offered by the School, the EMBA (Chinese) Programme is a highly selective programme that aims to attract highly motivated professionals in the business sector. This part-time programme caters to the needs of working professionals in Hong Kong, mainland and the region whose needs are centered on leadership development.

The CUHK Business School now seeks to appoint a high calibre candidate to the position of Executive Officer in the Office of EMBA (Chinese) Programme.Reporting to the Director of EMBA(Chinese) Programme and/or Functional Manager, the appointee will be responsible for (a) developing and executing branding content strategies for the Programme, including but not limited to editorial planning for Programme website, official social media accounts, video storytelling, and students%27 success features (b) curating and leading the creation of compelling written and visual content that effectively showcases the Programme's unique value proposition, student journeys, and Hong Kong experience (c) designing and organising student experience initiatives that connect current students to resources external and internal to CUHK (d) building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to create meaningful touchpoints for students professional development (e) collaborating with internal academic units to facilitate students access to university-level resources and research strengths (f) supporting partnership and corporate engagement efforts relate to student experience enrichment, to build pipelines for high quality candidates and enhance brand synergy (g) collecting and reflecting student feedback to continuously improve branding and experience initiatives and (h) performing other impromptu duties as assigned by the supervisor. Working at flexible hours and business travel outside Hong Kong will be required.

Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related discilpine (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the webpage: (iii) at least 8 years (for Executive Officer I) or 5 years (for Executive Officer II) post-qualification executive experience in branding, content creation, digital media, or event management, ideally within top business schools in Asia (iv) demonstrated ability to initiate and sustain partnerships with diverse stakeholders (v) the ability to work independently and under pressure (vi) a collaborative team player, (vii) prior experience in business school/executive programmes setting is highly advantageous (viii) excellent interpersonal and communication skills and (ix) fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for a written test and/or interview, as appropriate.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
