| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To deliver hotel services to guests and members of the public |
| (b) | To perform duties in The T Hotel and other areas covering rooms division operations, and as well as the Institute's training programmes |
| (c) | To maintain hotel guest-related records |
| (d) | To assist in preparing and updating hotel operational guidelines and |
| (e) | To assist in supporting students training. |
| |
| Requirements : |
| (a) | (i) | A recognised certificate in the discipline of Hotel Operations, Front Office and / or Housekeeping or equivalent and at least 2 years relevant post-qualification work experience OR |
| (ii) | Ability to pass a trade test and at least 2 years relevant work experience |
| (b) | Preferably with experience in hotel's executive floor service |
| (c) | Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an added advantage and |
| (d) | Good knowledge of basic computer applications and knowledge of Property Management System will be an added advantage. |

| (1) | The post is at the rank of Mechanic II. |
| (2) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (3) | The work location is in Pokfulam. |
| (4) | The appointee should have the flexibility to work on shift over a full 7-day period and in designated places as assigned. |
