Executive Assistant, Undergraduate Admissions (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534968) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua) good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills computer literacy and the ability to work independently and multitask under pressure. They should also be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in handling recruitment and student admissions matters would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered.
The appointee will provide administrative support to recruitment and student admissions for the Faculty's undergraduate programmes, including providing information to prospective candidates, handling and processing applications and admissions offers, arranging interviews and assisting in all marketing efforts such as admissions talks and events. He/She will also undertake other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
