Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to the General Manager to serve as a
strategic and operational force multiplier. This is not a traditional administrative role, but a
high-impact position that directly supports executive decision-making, drives cross-
functional execution, and ensures critical initiatives are delivered with speed and precision
in a fast-paced biotech environment.
This role will work closely with the GM and senior leadership team across corporate
strategy, finance, R&D, intellectual property, regulatory, and organizational execution。
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
Act as the GM's right hand in prioritization, decision support, and daily execution
Prepare high-quality decision materials for key meetings (board, investors, partners,
internal reviews)
Track, synthesize, and report progress across cross-functional strategic initiatives
2. Project & Program Execution
Drive execution of high-priority company initiatives (e.g., fundraising, IPO
preparation, clinical milestones, licensing activities)
Ensure alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, IP, and business development
workstreams
Identify bottlenecks, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve execution gaps
3. External Communication Support
Support the preparation of critical presentations (board, investors, partners, internal
reviews), and regulatory communications.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of external messaging
4. Special Projects
Lead high-impact, ad hoc initiatives directly assigned by the GM
Conduct research and benchmarking across industry, competitors, and regulatory
landscapes
Support partnership and licensing deal preparation and execution
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, biotech/pharma, or a high-
growth startup environment
Strong project management capability with disciplined execution
Exceptional analytical skills and structured thinking; able to translate complex issues
into actionable plans
Proven ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments
