Job Description

Wonderful Entertainment Asia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Event Director.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about music who wants to gain real exposure to how the live entertainment industry works behind the scenes. You will work closely with leadership and gain firsthand insight into how international concerts and events are developed from artist discussions and negotiations to production and show execution.

Our team brings international artists to Asia and produces concerts, festivals, and cultural events across the region.

Why This Role Is Unique

You will work directly with the leadership team and gain exposure to many parts of the live entertainment business, including:

  • artist bookings and negotiations
  • communication with agents, managers, and brand partners
  • event production and show planning
  • concert proposals and partnership development
  • brand campaign strategy

You will regularly interact with artists, managers, agents, venues, and partners across the world, gaining insight into how concerts and live events are built from concept to stage.

This is a hands-on learning role in a fast-moving environment.

After proven performance, the candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent, specialized career track within the organization, depending on interests and strengths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and scheduling for the Managing Director and Event Director
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and materials
  • Arrange international travel (flights, hotels, transportation, visas)
  • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with partners, clients, agents, and artists across the world
  • Conduct research on artists, venues, and industry opportunities
  • Prepare and format presentation decks and documents
  • Edit graphics and visuals for proposals and presentations
  • Maintain organized files and internal records

This role involves logistics, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, so attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Apple Keynote or the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be based in Taiwan

Preferred Background

Experience working in events, media, agencies, startups, or other fast-paced operational environments is a strong plus.
