Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Taipei for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support, managing expense reports, coordinating executive schedules, and maintaining effective communication within internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also includes handling general administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling software)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
