This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei City for an Executive Assistant. The primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, planning meetings, and efficiently communicating on behalf of executives. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively to contribute to the seamless operation of the organization.

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and managing confidential information
• Experience with Expense Reports and general Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in using common office software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively or independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Interest or experience in the cycling or sports industry is a plus
