We are now seeking for Executive Assistant - CEO Office.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Prepare and manage documentation and business presentations
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and prepare background materials for meetings and decision-making.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Self-initiated, proactive with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
