Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executives in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and clients or stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
