- Lead study strategy development
- Partner with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams to develop competitive and operationally feasible solutions for client opportunities.
- Provide expertise in protocol assessment, feasibility strategy, site and country selection, patient recruitment, and study execution planning.
- Support proposal development, bid defense meetings, and client presentations.
- Ensure effective transition of study strategy to project delivery teams and provide strategic guidance throughout study execution.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, real-world evidence (RWE), feasibility, or drug development.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Clinical Project Management/Real World Evidence/ Feasibility / Protocol Development /Study Strategy
