Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Taipei City. The Event Sales Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including private celebrations and business functions. Responsibilities include developing and managing event sales strategies, engaging with clients to understand their needs, creating customized event proposals, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The role also involves promoting event services to prospective clients, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, resulting in successful and memorable events.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management to oversee all aspects of event coordination and execution
  • Strong Sales, Client Engagement, and Business Development abilities to drive event bookings and foster relationships
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Experience in managing Private Events and delivering customized experiences for a diverse range of clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly event management in luxury hotels, is a plus
