Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Event Planning Executive will primarily focus on event planning and coordination, while also having the opportunity to support selected sales initiatives. This role includes assisting the Director of Events in driving revenue, managing event planning activities, and ensuring the implementation of all policies and procedures related to events management, providing a well-rounded exposure to both planning and sales functions.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Events Coordinator in a luxury international brand hotel. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
