Job Mission
This position is part of the Global Training Center organization, which develops and delivers technical training to TRUMPF employees and customers through training events worldwide.
The EUV Technical Trainer in Taiwan is responsible for the effective transfer of EUV product knowledge to customer engineers. Based at the customer-site training center, this role ensures that training delivery meets the highest standards of technical excellence and directly contributes to business success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver technical training to customer engineers on EUV products, encompassing both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical sessions
• Facilitate the learning process by adapting delivery methods to meet diverse learner needs and ensuring knowledge retention
• Incorporate real-world practices and feedback reported by customer engineers into the training program
• Collaborate with training developers to continuously improve, update, and refine training materials based on product evolution and learner feedback
• Operate within a shift working model at the customer training center in Taiwan
• Deliver all training content in English while leveraging Mandarin language skills for effective communication and relationship building
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Laser Electro-Optics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
Experience
• +2 years of experience as a field service engineer, technical trainer, or in a training-related role within the semiconductor, mechanical, or electrical industry. EUV knowledge and hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Personal/Professional Skills
• Solid knowledge of electronics and controls systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Proficiency in alignment and testing techniques
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on proficiency in precision measurement tools and hand tools
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively interface with internal teams and external customers (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and verbal communication skills with strong customer orientation
• Ability to work independently with minimal technical supervision in daily responsibilities
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• High flexibility regarding work location and working hours, including adaptability to shift schedules
