Job Description

  • 5+ years of strong ETL Testing / ETL QA experience.
  • Good understanding of Amazon Glue, Lakehouse and AWS services.
  • Strong understanding of Data Models and ability to validate data.
  • Experience validating Trade Processing, Cash Flows and Holdings Flow.
  • Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with QA and non-QA teams.
  • Strong understanding of ETL testing processes and data validation.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of Eagle Product and Starburst.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the TIAA office.
  • Shortlisted candidates need to be routed through the client-approved vendor.
