Key Responsibilities
1.ESG Ratings and Disclosure Leadership
Lead ESG ratings projects such as S&P CSA, MSCI, CDP, FTSE Russell ESG, and Sustainalytics. Conduct indicator mapping and gap analyses, design concrete improvement roadmaps, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to enhance both the efficiency and outcomes of ESG ratings.
2.Project Management and Client Relationship Management
Oversee project timelines and deliverable quality, consolidate input from finance, IR, HR, procurement, EHS and other functions, and present analyses and recommendations to senior management and boards of directors to deepen long-term advisory relationships.
3.Client Development and Business Growth
Work with the team to identify potential clients and new project opportunities, participate in client meetings and proposal presentations, and design practical, actionable solutions based on clients pain points to drive long-term cooperation and project expansion.
4.Research, Methodology Development, and Market Insights
Prepare research and case studies on ESG ratings, shareholder activism, and ESG ETFs, and support the planning and execution of seminars and webinars to strengthen market insights and QIC's brand visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sustainability or ESG-related roles, such as ESG/sustainability consulting firms, Big Four sustainability services, or sustainability/corporate governance departments at listed companies.
Familiarity with major sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CDP) and practical experience or strong interest in the methodologies of S&P CSA, MSCI, CDP, FTSE Russell ESG, and Sustainalytics.
Willingness to engage in client development, proposal presentations, and interactions with senior management; experience in selling ESG products or professional services is a strong plus.
Proven experience in project management and client communication, with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
ESG-related professional certifications are a plus.
