Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Business Process Transformation: Partner with executive stakeholders to map end-to-end business workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and architect scalable cloud and AI-driven solutions.
Full-Lifecycle Enterprise Implementation: Lead and execute full-lifecycle implementations, system enhancements, and cross-platform integrations using RSM's global delivery framework.
Functional Execution & Technical Design: Author high-quality project deliverables—including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flowcharts, and test scripts. Configure core platform modules and oversee data migrations and custom builds.
AI & Automation Enablement: Identify opportunities to embed AI tools, predictive analytics, and automated workflows into enterprise business applications to enhance client productivity.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead multi-phase testing initiatives (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure high-performance deployments.
Global Collaboration: Partner with cross-border project managers, solution architects, and functional leads across Asia-Pacific and global regions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Senior Consultant should possess 2+ years of on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting cloud ERP or other business applications (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, or Microsoft Dynamics), less experienced may be considered for the position of Consultant.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, English, and Chinese.
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel.
