1. Responsible for improving the efficiency and parameter optimization of line automation equipment. 2. Responsible for the special improvement and promotion of automation equipment. 3. Responsible for follow-up and feedback on difficult issues. 4. Responsible for improving the professional and technical capabilities of on-line technicians. 5. Responsible for the introduction, verification and acceptance of new equipment and processes. 6. Assist in completing the production safety prevention system and inspection process to ensure the implementation of safe production. 7. Cooperate with the introduction of automation/new equipment to reduce the failure rate, improve the pass-through rate and efficiency. 8. Have FACA problem analysis ability on daily automation equipment problems
Job requirements:
1. Have automation equipment Relevant debugging experience, mastering equipment vision, mechanism and cylinder movement, induction signal analysis, three-axis or four-axis debugging, I/O point and other debugging capabilities (Equipment types such as: automated dispensing machines, welding machines, automated assembly machines, Automated pressure maintaining machine, AOI, six-axis, four-axis) 2. Educational requirements: Correspondence undergraduate degree or above (graduate degree required)
