We are recruiting Fresh Graduates & Experienced Engineers willing to perform Field Service Engineer / Semiconductor Cleanroom EquipmentEngineer role.

We are recruiting for Fulltime Permanent rolebased in Taiwan

We are looking for Mandarin Bilingual Field Service Engineer, who can support the semiconductor fab start up activity.

Required Skills and Experience

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (Speaking).
• Education: bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical and Electrical preferred).
• Travel Mobility: Undertake extensive domestic and international business trips (approx. 70% to 80% of total working time, lasting up to 1.5 months per trip).
• Technical Skills:
• Comfort with performing standing work inside cleanroom environments and a strong preference for hands-on machine troubleshooting.
• Understand the customer's and our team member's requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or translation
• Equipment Start-up & Assembly: Handle onsite factory start-up, assembly, and fine adjustment of semiconductor manufacturing machines.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Engineer should work on cleanroom environment.
• Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents, emails, tickets, and presentations from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls.
• Communication Bridge: Facilitate communication between departments (e.g. operations, customer service) to ensure project alignment.
• Customer/Client Support: Handle inquiries, disputes, or service requests from Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

Taiwan based Job: Annual Salary based on your experience varies from NTD 600,00 to 1,000,000 (We pay 12 months salary).

· Japan Onsite Training: During your onsite travel for training in Japan, you will be paid JPY 4,000,000 for 12 months.
