Environmental Services Supervisor ???????

• To lead and supervise teams of supporting staff in providing environmental services in the hospital
• To carry out various central domestic services including cleansing, patient portering, pest control, gardening, waste management and other support services
• To keep stock and control of cleaning material, stock items and other equipment
• To assist department Manager to conduct staff coaching and training
• To provide 24-hour emergency support to the hospital and stand-by for any emergency duties when required

• Secondary education or equivalent
• At least 3 years related experience in supervisory level, preferably hospital supporting services establishments
• Strong coordination, interpersonal and people management skills
• Good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
• Experience in departmental training delivery would be an advantage
