We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth in the Financial Services sector for a global software leader in compliance solutions. In this role, you will prospect, qualify, develop, and close enterprise SaaS deals, using a consultative sales approach to align client needs with industry-leading regulatory technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key enterprise accounts.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities within the Hong Kong & Singapore FSI market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Consistently exceed annual sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by positioning our solutions as essential for regulatory compliance success.
- Apply best-practice sales methodologies and leverage Salesforce for account management.
Your Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in Enterprise Software (applications & services) within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong track record in selling complex, large-scale SaaS solutions, both directly and through channel partners.
- Established network of FSI clients in Hong Kong & Singapore, with a deep understanding of local and APAC regulatory requirements.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
