We are looking for a talented Engineering Supervisor, Product Development to help manage local design team, to design and develop the next generation of High Power connectors and solutions for Taiwan's leading ODM customers.
In this role, you will be a key contributor bridging product innovation, engineering excellence, and customer engagement—working closely with PSBU's global front‑end team to accelerate our growth in the High Power market.

Our Team
You will be part of the CCS PSBU organization, collaborating with colleagues across regions and disciplines—including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and customer teams.
This role involves frequent interaction with internal and external partners to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high‑value solutions to customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead new product development from concept and design through validation and mass production
- Act as the technical lead in customer discussions and cross‑functional collaboration (sales, marketing, manufacturing)
- Evaluate product feasibility and manage BOM, specifications, drawings, and FMEA
- Develop and execute DV/PV test plans, including failure and root cause analysis
- Manage engineering builds, product qualification, and new product introduction to manufacturing
- Drive ECR/ECN processes and maintain accurate engineering documentation
- Establish and continuously improve product development processes, systems, and tools
- Promote new technologies and ensure engineering resources align with product strategy
- Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing engineering team; identify and close capability gaps
- Support company initiatives such as TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, EHS, and continuous improvement
- Perform other engineering responsibilities as assigned
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership, engineering depth and cross-functional collaboration skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in 2D/3D drawing tools.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally for customer or manufacturing support when needed.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in High Power Electronics
- Knowledge of AQP tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.).
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies.
- Direct customer-facing engineering experience.
- Experience in molding, stamping, and plating processes.
- Experience working with Taiwan ODM Power customers.
- Background in IT/Telecom/Datacenter applications.
