Responsibilities

• Monitor yield, test time, scrap rates, and key process indicators to support backend assembly/test processes. Conduct root cause analysis and failure analysis to identify issues and drive process improvements. Collaborate with engineering, equipment, and automation teams for optimization and resolution of challenges. Assist in the preparation of test process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or process environments is preferred. Proven strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Familiarity with process setup, process control, or failure analysis is advantageous. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
