Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience across all phases of a product development from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Experience with product life cycles, tools, processes, and operations planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing, with a background in managing NPI product builds.
- Experience in coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams on engineering sample management processes.
- Experience in spreadsheet formulas, with an understanding of logistics and international shipping.
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and managing relationships with ODM, JDM, and CM suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills, including proficiency in managing spreadsheets and coordinating across teams and functions.

Responsibilities
- Own the management of New Product Introduction (NPI) build matrices, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Optimize resource utilization by balancing allocation needs across validation, qualification, and production requirements.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between engineering teams and contract manufacturers (CMs) to drive efficiency.
- Track material readiness, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain on-time delivery schedules.
- Analyze and refine build readiness processes, documentation, and training materials to enhance team performance.
