職務概述
本職位負責領導專案之端到端工程專案管理,作為專案主要對外與對內窗口,統籌產品開發各階段之時程、資源、風險、物料、工程議題、跨部門協調與量產導入。
EPM Lead 需與客戶、工程、營運、供應鏈、品質、製造、採購及供應商密切合作,確保 EVT/DVT/PVT、factory readiness 與產品上市計畫如期推進,並於高度變動及快速決策環境中維持透明的專案節奏與問題解決效率。
此角色不僅是專案排程管理者,更是推動跨功能團隊完成關鍵交付、風險預警、議題升級與客戶信任建立的核心角色。
主要職責(Key Responsibilities)
• 主導專案端到端執行,涵蓋產品開發、NPI、EVT/DVT/PVT、factory readiness 與量產爬坡。
• 擔任 專案主要窗口,負責與客戶及內部團隊進行進度、風險、議題與決策溝通。
• 協調 工程、營運、供應鏈、品質、製造、採購、測試及供應商等跨功能團隊。
• 管理 專案時程、里程碑、風險、問題清單、物料準備與關鍵 action items。
• 推動 NPI build 計畫、試產準備、物料到位、工廠 readiness 與量產移轉。
• 追蹤 專案重大風險與 blocking issues,並建立 escalation 與 recovery plan。
• 確保 產品準時上市、量產爬坡順利進行,並符合客戶品質、成本與交期要求。
• 彙整 專案狀態報告,向客戶、內部主管及高階管理層提供清楚透明之進度更新。
任職資格(Qualifications)
必要條件
• 工程、資訊工程、營運管理或相關領域學士以上學歷。
• 具 10 年以上硬體產品開發、工程專案管理、營運或 NPI 相關經驗。
• 具備強大的專案管理、跨部門領導、進度控管與問題解決能力。
• 曾與 Tier-1 OEM 或國際品牌客戶合作。
• 熟悉硬體產品開發流程、EVT/DVT/PVT、NPI build 與量產導入。
• 具備優秀英文溝通能力,可主持跨國會議並與客戶直接溝通。
• 具備良好的 stakeholder management、分析能力與風險判斷能力。
• 能適應快速變動、高度模糊且多任務並行之工作環境。
• 可配合國際出差。
• 具 ODM/EMS/消費性電子/運算/網通產品專案管理經驗。
• 具大型跨國專案、海外工廠導入或客戶現場支援經驗。
• 熟悉物料計畫、供應鏈風險管理、工廠產能準備與良率爬坡。
• 具 PMP、Agile、Scrum 或其他專案管理認證。
其他事項
• 本職位需與客戶 PM/EPM、內部工程、營運、工廠、品質及供應鏈團隊高度互動。
• 需能配合跨時區會議、緊急議題處理及國際出差。
• 實際職等可依候選人資歷評估為 Manager/ Sr. Manager level。
• Relocation 或海外支援安排依公司政策辦理。
Role Summary
The EPM Lead will own end-to-end program execution for the program across product development, NPI, validation builds, factory readiness, and production ramp. This role serves as the primary program point of contact for both customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in hardware product development, program management, operations, and high-volume manufacturing. This role requires the ability to manage complex schedules, risks, materials, technical issues, and cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
The EPM Lead is accountable for driving program transparency, timely decision-making, issue escalation, and successful product launch.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end program execution across development phases, NPI builds, factory readiness, and production ramp.
• Serve as the primary program point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, procurement, test, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, materials planning, build readiness, and issue resolution.
• Drive EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot run, and factory readiness activities to support successful production launch.
• Track critical risks, blocking issues, action items, and escalation plans to ensure timely closure.
• Ensure on-time product launch, successful production ramp, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Prepare clear program status reports, executive updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware product development, program management, operations, or NPI execution.
• Strong project management, schedule control, cross-functional leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Tier-1 OEM or global brand customers.
• Familiarity with hardware development phases, EVT, DVT, PVT, NPI builds, and production ramp.
• Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to lead customer meetings.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and multi-priority environments.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Experience in ODM, EMS, consumer electronics, computing, or networking products.
• Experience supporting large global programs, overseas factory ramp, or customer on-site engagement.
• Knowledge of material planning, supply chain risk management, factory capacity readiness, and yield ramp.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other program management certification is a plus.
Others
• This role requires frequent interaction with customer PM/EPM teams, internal engineering, operations, factory, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Cross-time-zone meetings, urgent issue management, and international travel are required.
• Level may be calibrated as Manager or Senior Manager depending on candidate experience.
• Relocation or overseas support arrangements will follow company policy.
