Molex is seeking a proactive
Engineering NPI Coordinator to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within our Taiwan Engineering team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring sample builds are executed smoothly, on time, and in close coordination with Engineering and Production teams. You will track progress, identify risks, and help resolve production constraints during the sample and early build phases.
Scope
- End‑to‑end coordination of NPI sample activities
- Schedule tracking and progress reporting
- Production line observation and issue identification
- Cross‑functional communication and execution support
What You Will Do
- Coordinate NPI sample builds from material release through final closing reports
- Track sample schedules and update progress reports to ensure on‑time delivery
- Support urgent sample production needs to keep projects on track
- Observe production lines, identify bottlenecks, and provide improvement feedback
- Maintain accurate project and sample records
- Use SAP to support material tracking and process status updates
- Communicate effectively with Engineering, Production, and related teams
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or production coordination
- Experience managing multiple tasks or projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working on the production floor when required
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in FPC or PCB manufacturing environments
- Previous experience supporting NPI, sample builds, or production line activities
- SAP system experience
