Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AIML Assurance Testing Manager to lead our software development team in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI and ML applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies and a proven track record in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the AIML testing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Develop and implement testing strategies for AI and ML applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various AI/ML models.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of data science principles and practices.
Experience in performance testing of AI/ML applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on AI/ML.
Relevant certifications in software testing or AI/ML are a plus.
