Our client is a MNC, market leader in the Environmental industry. They are looking for a Head of Engineering to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of engineering design, from bid stage through to project completion
- Validate technical deliverables and offer expert support on advanced engineering challenges
- Maintain engineering standards and advise teams on intricate technical matters
- Align efforts across teams and report key milestones and risks to relevant stakeholders
- Support R&D, budget planning, and talent development
- Manage and develop engineering teams and external vendors
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 13 years of relevant experiences
